A native Floridian of Hispanic decent, Maribel has lived in Florida for most of her life. For many years, Maribel has maintained residences in both Central and South Florida, where she oversees the operation of her real estate enterprises.
Maribel has owned and acted as Co-Broker of Palm Properties with her business partner, Felicia Donatelli, since 2000 where she has been instrumental in coaching and training hundreds of successful real estate agents. Maribel has a strong background in customer service and sales training that began with Food and Beverage Management, inventory control and scheduling. In building her real estate business, she built upon her strong corporate food and beverage management background, to focus her attention on customer service training, sales management and attention to detail.
In addition to training and daily management of her widely successful real estate enterprises, Maribel is extremely hands on with her real estate knowledge. She specializes in single and multi-family residential sales, commercial sales & leasing, and business consultation.

Felicia has been focused on agent recruitment and transaction negotiation for much of her career. She is operations and performance driven with in-depth knowledge of apartment communities, retail outlets and residential housing. Since 2000, Felicia has been owner and Co-Broker of Palm Properties with her business partner, Maribel Camarillo. In addition to management of her company’s support staff, agents, contractors, and vendors, Felicia excels in the creation of budgets and pro formas for start-up and takes over developments, for which she specializes in assisting with corporate relocation and real estate expansion.
While Felicia loves residential real estate, she has profound knowledge in commercial sales and leasing, marketing pre-construction sites, and budget preparation. This is incorporated into her on-going training and recruitment of new real estate agents and in her oversight of their sales and negotiations.
