    • Review inspection reports with the Buyer and submit repair request
      to the Seller's Realtor
  • Coordinate the appraisal process through the Lender
  • Order survey through the Title Company
  • Maintain on going contact with the Lender and Title Companies
  • Secure mortgage loan approval with the Lender
  • Set up time of closing with all parties to close
  • Prepare the release of escrow funds to the closing company
  • Review post closing documents with the Buyer
  • Prepare contact sheet for more information for the Buyer
  • Attend final walk through of the property prior to closing
