Our Property Management Service handles all the details involved
in Tenant relations and maintenance of your rental property.

As your Representative, we will respond to all tenant inquiries and
maintenance requests, as well as schedule appointments to show
and lease your property to 'qualified tenants' - with your approval,
of course.

Our Leasing Agreement is designed to protect both you, the Owner,
and them, your Tenant(s) in all areas of leasing. We take the time to
thoroughly educate new residents so that they fully understand their
contractual obligations.

Our Applicant Screening Process secures qualified Tenants by
conducting credit and background checks.

    Additional Services

    Our Effective Marketing of your property includes:
    - directional signs
    - printed advertising in local media and
    - internet real estate listings

    Our bookkeeping services provide you an annual accounting statement, including invoices and receipts for your property, which will assist you at tax time.

    Upon the conclusion of the lease period, your Representative will also undertake a complete property inspection, to maintain the integrity of your unit and authorize the refund of any security deposits collected from the Tenants(s).
